Ostrich meat
Why is Ostrich Meat so Special?

It tastes delicious – very much like beef with a hint of game.
It’s also extremely low in fat and cholesterol, which makes it one of the healthiest alternatives to traditional red meat, especially if you are concerned about your weight and arteries.
Ostrich meat is rich in calcium and protein. Perhaps most noteworthy is the fact that it is also the richest source of haeme iron you’ll find in any meat. Many people are deficient in this mineral, a deficiency which causes tiredness, irritability and headaches. In severe cases, it can stunt physical and intellectual development in children” Anya Hussler.
