Tajo Ostrich operates a complete ostrich business from a full farming operation from egg production to the raising of finished ostrich stock and on to a gate to plate marketing system. We are supplying ostrich products to the New Zealand domestic market and exporting to EU, America, Canada, South Pacific, Japan and Korea.
